As a digital designer, you will be creating and rolling out creative content for various channels and platforms such as websites, social media, online display advertising, activations, branding, Out-of-home and more. You will be working alongside a team of project managers and reporting to the Project Manager.
– At least 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer
– Suitable qualifications preferable Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations
– Strong online, social media and digital graphic design skills and experience
– Experience in digital and print production processes
– Creativity and diverse visual ability is a must
– CV & Portfolio of previous work
– Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line
– Editing proofs to client’s specifications and getting sign off/ approval before finalising artwork
– Working and collaborating with project managers, administrators, marketers, photographers and others
– Adhering to a client’s strict brand identity and guidelines
– Communicating with project managers about progress of projects and any issues that may arise
– Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material
– Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities
– Work on multiple briefs at the same time
– Strategy, planning, scheduling of content to all our social media platforms.
– Managing social media and community engagements.
– Writing blogs and newsletters.
Software Experience Required:
– Adobe Illustrator
– Adobe Photoshop
– Adobe InDesign
– Microsoft Office Suite
– After Effects
– Premiere Pro
– Adobe Audition
– Adobe XD
– Slack
– Deadline driven in a fast moving high pressure environment
– A portfolio showcasing great basic design and layout skills
(Additional animation, photography, videography and video editing experience would be beneficial but not necessary)
– A willingness to work extended hours (as and when required)
– The ability to see projects through from inception to production successfully managing the entire process from brief to final artwork
– Attention to detail
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Pride in producing high frequency, high quality creative, design and layout work
– Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas
– Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic
– Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members
– Mindful of the client’s needs and the time and costs associated with what you will be delivering
– Be passionate about the work you deliver
